Tuning forks are gently placed on acupressure points on, and around the body. Our main Chakra's are the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown. Your choice for one Chakra to be activated for a session.

RELAX SHOULDERS AND BACK
The Relax Shoulders and Back session supports in releasing muscle tension with the use of weighted tuning forks on the shoulders, head, back in particular. Including working in the bodies energy field, otherwise known as the Biofield, to release stress and energy blocks. Acupuncture points on the body are also gently targeted to assist with relaxation.
